Deliveries go by Royal Mail Tracked or DPD next day. You get a tracking link by email and, with DPD, a one-hour window by text.
Returns take four steps and cost you nothing
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind about anything unused.

Pack it in the box it came in and take it to any Post Office or parcel locker.

The ten-year enamel guarantee
If the enamel on any piece crazes, lifts or flakes in normal kitchen use within ten years, we replace the piece. Send a photo and your order number; you do not need the receipt if you ordered from this site.
It does not cover chips from a drop or a knock, a pot boiled dry, or scorch marks on the beech handles. Handles and knobs are sold separately from £6.
Arrived chipped?
It happens to about one parcel in four hundred. Send us a photo within 7 days and we post a replacement the same day. Keep the chipped piece: it makes a good plant pot.
