These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Kilnmarsh Enamelware Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 00000000, Unit 4, Gladstone Yard, Uttoxeter Road, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1PQ. VAT GB 000 0000 00.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is shown before you pay. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed by 1pm on a working day the same day. Pieces in the next firing ship on the date shown on the product page.
Cancelling and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We extend this to 30 days for unused items and refund the delivery charge too.
Faulty goods and the guarantee
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. In addition, our ten-year enamel guarantee covers crazing, lifting or flaking in normal use. It does not cover chips from impact.
