What we collect
When you order or write to us: your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. When you sign up to the newsletter: your email address.
Your basket
The basket is stored in your own browser (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you close the tab. It is never sent to us until you check out.
Why we use it
To deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns and guarantee claims, and, if you asked, to send the monthly newsletter. We keep order records for six years because tax law requires it.
Who we share it with
Our couriers (to deliver), our payment provider (to take payment) and our email provider (to send the newsletter). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
