About the Casserole Pot

Enamelled steel heats fast and evenly, and it weighs a third of cast iron, so you can lift a full 24 cm pot out of the oven with one hand. It is the pot we cook porridge in every morning in the workshop.

The beech knob unscrews for the oven and screws back on for the table. The lid sits on a raised lip, so it will not slide off when you carry it across the room.
