About the Pouring Pot

Old enamel coffee pots turn up at every car-boot sale because they last. This is our version: the same tall shape, a hinged lid that you open with your thumb, and a spout that stops pouring when you stop tipping.

Make cowboy coffee in it on the hob, keep tea hot at the table, or boil water on the camp stove. Enamel does not take on flavour, so one pot can do all three.
